Easter 2012

The Easter Bunny came one night early this year because he knew Mommy and the girls would be out of town visiting Grandma. He started a new tradition of tying one end of yarn to their beds and the other to their Easter baskets that were hidden downstairs. Also, he was a crazy bunny eating carrots, snipping the yarn, and making a mess of it all! Here are their baskets after following the yarn to each hiding spot.The kids spotted a little friend run through the back yard. I was slow to get my camera so he was off a good distance before I got a picture.See him there? Of course the girls got upset that he was after the Easter Bunny. We assured them that the Easter Bunny is bigger than your average bunny!Time to decorate eggs...Isabella is holding the fairy egg up to complete the perfect princess scene.Gianna LOVED doing the horses.Andrew was a little crabby that I wanted pictures when he was ready to get in the car to go to the zoo with Daddy. Yikes, that face! Oh who am I kidding, I see it all the time!In the hotel on Easter morning...Rowdy girls...The Easter egg hunt...These girls so love their grandma!And I so love all three of these girls!!!

Music Classroom Concert

I'm trying to get caught up on going through photos after my computer completely pooped out. These are from a classroom concert in March.

I really don't know what this game was, they started as a snake and broke apart one by one until one person was left in the middle - Gianna!

Everyone bowed to the winner in the middle.

The girls as partners...

Oh boy, did this kid hate dancing with a girl!! He kept his head back like that the whole time Gianna was his partner. For some reason, that delighter her!Bella gets comfortable...

First Symphony

Yippeeeeeeeeee!

We're going to our first symphony!

They even had an instrument "petting zoo" so we could touch and explore all the instruments. Gianna has decided she wants to play the cello! (I realize that isn't what she is playing in this picture!)

I don't want to brag, but...

I got a new coffee maker...

He is covering his ears because the coffee grinder is loud, but he insists upon doing it - I'm not making him make mama her coffee!




And it's REALLY cute!!

Andrew is obsessed with helping me with every step of coffee making! He pours in the water, grinds the coffee beans, puts them in the coffee maker, and pushes start. What a cute little coffee maker!

Birthday Celebration

We celebrated two birthdays here on Monday -

it was a joint celebration for the birthdays of Lady Stillwaiting and Tippy Tumblelina.

100th Day of School

The girls celebrated the 100th day of school last week. Here they are with their 100th day hats. They learned to tally in groups of five, so they made 100 tally marks on the streamers around and hanging off the back of the hats.They also had to make projects out of 100 popsicle sticks.
