Nancy Drew Mystery Party

Here are the detective kit party favors before and after closing.  They contained: a compass, a notebook, an invisible ink pen, a flashlight, a magnifying glass, and a whistle on a lanyard.

Clue one is all set for the girls...

White chocolate "golden" keys...
I used luster dust for the first time - I could use some pointers!

All set up for Pictionary...

After giving the girls time to get all sugared up, they played Pictionary.

When they were done with Pictionary, it was time to find the party favors (the chocolate keys) that mysteriously went missing during the game.  They found clue one and used the decoders to read it.
Looking "up above or down at the ground" for another clue...
Looking for one of the clues in "the room named for wet dirt"... (the mudroom!)
Decoding one of the clues...
(1=A, 2=B, 3=C...)
Please note Isabella's new "Nancy Drew jacket" and Gianna's new sleuthing kit (Isabella got one as well!)  I'll have to post pictures of those kits another day.  I want one they are so cool!
Time for birthday cake!

Thank you, Theresa, for being brave enough to join us!  You must have had earplugs hidden under your hair!

Trick-or-Treating

This house was so fun - the kids actually had to do tricks for their treats!

Pre-K Fall Party

I just love being able to be in Andrew's classroom!  I got to help out at their Fall Party and I felt so lucky to share in the fun!
