Valentine's Day - continued...

We had a little family Valentine's Day party after school...

Daddy brought home chocolates for all of us and flowers for the girls and for me.

Goodies from Aunt Jane.

Even the packaging was cute as usual - Gianna insisted on a picture before opening hers!

Of course the girls love their princess books!!!

I don't know if Aunt Jane knew this, but Andrew is soooo into Mickey Mouse right now. He keeps saying he wants a Mickey birthday party!

Happy Valentine's Day!

These are the cards the girls took to school (from TinyPrints.com). Isabella chose hers because she was Little Red Riding Hood for Halloween. Gianna loves animals, and is our own little Snow White and the Seven Birds!

First day at new school

School name blocked out for obvious reasons... but I'm happy to say the girls are enjoying their new school so far and adjusting very well.

Snowy Day

Girls' haircuts

That first cut is always hard to watch!
What a cute Princess Leia Isabella would make!
Isabella with her prize ring that she chose...
Getting the fairy dust afterwards...
Isabella helping Gianna pick her prize afterwards...
Showing the flower sticker that she got on her cheek...

Happy 2012!

We'd been in our new house for 2 or 3 days on New Year's Eve. We took a long enough break from unpacking to make it special for the kids. You can't imagine how loud those horns were!

Christmas Eve

Aunt Jane let the kids open something special on Christmas Eve - a book that she and Lesley recorded. Whenever the kids go to look at it, Jane and Lesley can be heard reading it! Such a special gift!
Gianna brought in the carrots for the reindeer (of course our little animal lover insisted!)
Andrew brought the cookies for Santa...
Isabella brought the eggnog for Santa...
By the way, the cookies were made by the kids with Aunt Jane's help, as were the snowflakes in the picture of Isabella. Jane was so much help before Christmas with the kids, and after Christmas with our move to another state. We don't know what we would have done without her.
Thank you, Jane!!!
