Tea Party

This morning we had a tea party....
Just a note on the Halloween bib - Isabella INSISTS on wearing it if any eating is to be done!

Milk Cake

For those of you had to endure my long ramblings about my intense craving for milk cake, here is a picture of the cake I ended up getting. I swear this thing weighs 10 pounds! It is beyond delicious - out of this world! Milk and cream just ooze out of it, yet it isn't at all soggy. It's a delicious miracle! Especially to a woman with a crazy pregnancy craving!

Snack Time with Dora

Why does edemame suddenly taste so good when it's in a Dora snack pack? I don't know, but it works!

2-27-08

I got the girls these flashlights so they will quit draining the batteries on ours! They were a hit! Then for some reason they pulled their chairs into the kitchen and played with them.

Of course we have to shine it straight into our eyes!

"Heart"y Lunch (how do I come up with these knee-slappers?!?)

Let's see what Gianna is whipping up for us today...

Isabella is good about wiping her face frequently!

Adorable plates and napkins provided by Aunt Jane! Thank you for making our lunch (and dinner tonight) special!

This morning..

I feel like I should explain why the girls aren't in cute little pink outfits today. They were yesterday. In fact, to Daddy's surprise, they were wearing a cute little shirt that said "Daddy's Little Valentine" with a little Valentine envelope on it. (Yes, I really should have taken a picture of them...)

The reason they were wearing it yesterday is because Mike has class all night tonight, so our Valentine's Day celebration as a family was last night. We went out to the local pizza place that we JUST discovered after being here a year and a half. They have delicious pasta dishes and sandwiches too. As I've mentioned before, the girls LOVE their pasta, so everyone was happy there.

So today is Valentine's Day for us three girls, and we choose to stay in our pajamas!!!

I'm feeling so blessed today to be able to stay home with the girls. I'd hate to miss out on anything. Some days are more tiring than others, especially lately, but still, I wouldn't change a thing. I don't want to be anything other than "my kids' mom"!
