First day at new school

School name blocked out for obvious reasons... but I'm happy to say the girls are enjoying their new school so far and adjusting very well.

Happy 2012!

We'd been in our new house for 2 or 3 days on New Year's Eve. We took a long enough break from unpacking to make it special for the kids. You can't imagine how loud those horns were!

Christmas Eve

Aunt Jane let the kids open something special on Christmas Eve - a book that she and Lesley recorded. Whenever the kids go to look at it, Jane and Lesley can be heard reading it! Such a special gift!

Gianna brought in the carrots for the reindeer (of course our little animal lover insisted!)

By the way, the cookies were made by the kids with Aunt Jane's help, as were the snowflakes in the picture of Isabella. Jane was so much help before Christmas with the kids, and after Christmas with our move to another state. We don't know what we would have done without her.

Christmas morning...

We were lucky enough to have both my mom and Mike's Aunt Jane spend Christmas with us this year! It will always be a memorable Christmas because of them.
