My mom didn't have any cute rain boots to play in, but I remember loving to walk around in my grandfather's "clam digger boots" (can you tell I grew up on the coast?). They were similar to yours in that they came up past our knees (on us kids), were nearly impossible to walk in, and were so much fun (but certainly not as cute as your Wellies!!). So I understand why the girls love them as much as you do! -Mel
